Sheffield Harvest Fayre is a showcase market style event celebrating the city’s vibrant food scene, showcasing our great local produce, mouth watering street food and outstanding brewers and distillers set in the main harvest season of the year in the month of September.

The new event is a sister project built on the success of the existing annual Sheffield Food Festival at the end of May, which is currently the city’s largest free to attend event and takes place in the city centre, spreading across the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millennium Square, Town Hall Square and Fargate, attracting thousands of visitors across a weekend.

The September event will be based on a very similar set up model to the May Food Festival, but with an enhanced produce and artisan Market section, that features food producers and businesses from around Sheffield and further afield, bringing a range of vegetables, fruits, spices, preserves, oils, cakes, cookery books, craft beers, gins, cakes and much more for you to take home and enjoy.

The extensive Street Food market is jam packed with delicious treats from local companies; with over 90% of our traders based in the city, it really is a celebration of all things Sheffield food and drink.
